Amazing! They sent my cute Rilakkuma badge reel in the cutest box and even included another rilakkuma badge reel as a gift! Absolutely love the attention to detail of the packaging. Must admit the only downside would be that the cute pink box could easily get spotted by package thieves, thankfully I was around to recieve quickly. Otherwise highly recommend this seller! Super cute badge reel with a sturdy alligator clip!
